Cute but it didn't fit me since its too small even in a large, for example im a 35.5 in bust so beware. It also came w stains on the blouse.

This skirt is a part of a miku jirai figure cosplay, so the quality is about what you’d expect from mass produced cosplays ( if you have worn them before ). The suspenders are detachable from the back, so you can choose to cross them or not, but they are sewn onto the front. The heart buckle slides around, the buttons are on the flimsy side, and the choker it comes with is a bit awkward. Also please note that it does not have safety shorts. However, it is super cute & fits well !

In principle, the skirt is great. A layer of white fabric at the bottom creates a petticoat effect, but only in the photo. In real life, it is very clear that the jacket is worn without it.
The size of the straps may vary by one size (they are secured with buttons, as seen in the 2nd photo). I took my sizes OT (68-71) OB (98-102) L, but I made a slight mistake. The straps kept falling down, and the waist was a bit big.
The zipper is thin, if you pull it too hard, it can easily break (like any other zipper of the same type).
And such a beautiful skirt.
