The quality is good for the price. It's not uncomfortable overall, but the zipper kind of feels wrong around the skin if one is laying down, but it's not a problem wearing outside. I hardly feel the zipper when standing up.
My main criticism is, unfortunately, the fact that the text is mirrored. I don't live in a country where the japanese language is common, but it's still awkward for me, since i can read japanese to an extent.
I don't know about the composition or the materials, but my main priority wasn't their sustainability or breathability. I was pleased to find the t-shirt is very long and comfortable, and doesn't need to be ironed. I weigh 48 kg and i'm 160 cm tall, and size m was adequate.
