Choosing size is a bit of a jank especially if you're underweight
I'm 1. 75m (5'8") and around 50kg, i thought i'd pick l due to height which does work quite well tho it doesn't really fit around my weist, it's a pretty much me problem that can be solved with belt but if you're in similar situation with weight for any reasons definitely reccomend going mainly by height, you can always use belt but it can be pretty obnoxious.
